Completing your online registration and pre-check-in will help ensure a seamless experience when you arrive, allowing you to make the most of your time with the doctor. You can complete the online pre-check-in and fill out your health history through the patient portal 7 days or less before your appointment. Temporomandibular dysfunction and orofacial pain are considered medical conditions, and related claims are typically filed with medical insurance. Many insurance companies do not cover non-surgical TMJ treatments or orthotic appliances.
Obstructive sleep apnea is a medical condition that can be treated with a dental sleep appliance. Coverage for this is subject to your medical insurance policy and deductible.

Additionally, we offer a 10% discount for payment in full at the time of treatment. These savings are limited to patients not utilizing an insurance program. We accept cash, check and major credit cards.
