Leslie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, receiving her degree from the University of North Dakota in 2010.

Since starting practice, she has gone on to take many advanced training courses focusing on the areas of temporomandibular disorders, headaches, spine disorders, concussion treatment, and vestibular rehabilitation. She holds 2 specialist certifications, being board certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and is a Certified Cervical and Temporomandibular Therapist.

Leslie Hovda has a passion for mentoring and teaching and has taught temporomandibular courses nationwide, mentors locally and is an American Physical therapy Association Credentialed Clinical Instructor.

When not helping patients or running with local groups in her home in Minneapolis, you will find her traveling the world with her husband, trying to master the latest new cooking or gardening technique or running a marathon.
